There is no better way to pass on knowledge, wisdom, or encouragement than through stories. The sharing of birth stories is one way families have prepared each other throughout history. I know when I was expecting my own children, I loved reading about the experiences other families had. I found all the different ways babies can be born and laboring families can be supporting to be encouraging and reassuring.
